KOKRAJHAR: Chief Executive Member (CEM) of BTC, Pramod Boro on Sunday saw off selected candidates who are leaving for New Delhi for free UPSC coaching, at Kokrajhar Railway station and blessed the students.
Boro, accompanied by other colleagues, met the students and their parents at the Railway station and talked to them about the initiative of the Education department of BTC for the students pursuing higher education in technical, medical and other categories. He said he was delighted to see off 50 candidates at Kokrajhar Railway Station who are leaving for free coaching for UPSC in New Delhi. He extended his best wishes to them and hoped that they all will achieve great success in their endeavours.
The Bodofa UN Brahma Super 50 Mission (Civil Services) was a flagship initiative of the government of BTC which aimed at providing free residential coaching for UPSC/APSC aspirants from BTR. The council government has also BTC Super-50 for Engineering and Medical aspirants who are also being given free residential coaching for eleven months in Guwahati and Kokrajhar.
