DIBRUGARH: Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma attended an office bearers' meeting of the BJP in Dibrugarh on Saturday where a road map for the Saffron party's future action in the State was elaborately discussed. The Chief Minister also briefed the party members about the decisions and resolutions which were taken during the BJP national executive meeting which was recently held in Hyderabad.

"The resolutions and decisions taken during the BJP national executive meeting held at Hyderabad were discussed during the meeting. Through its implementation our party will be able to expand even further in the State," the Chief Minister said.

Union Minister of State Rameswar Teli, State BJP president Bhabesh Kalita, ministers, MPs and MLA of the BJP were present in the meeting along with other party members.

BJP State president Bhabesh Kalita said that the roadmap of the next 25-30 years for the BJP was discussed in the meeting covering panchayat elections, local body elections, autonomous council elections, legislative and parliamentary elections.
