GAURISAGAR: As per the direction of the Guardian Minister of Charaideo district, Bimal Borah, the district administration on Wednesday made public the important contact numbers of APDCL authorities of the district for any query on bill payment related matters as well as other relevant grievances.
The phone numbers are - Kalyan Krishna Saikia, AGM (Project): 9365583644; Alakesh Konwar, SDE (Moran): 8486758730; Rupjyoti Borah, AGM (Nazira): 9435490405. Further, for Charaideo Electrical Sub-Division, contact may be initiated at the following Control Room numbers-
For Banfera: 7099019044, for Maibela: 7099019046, for Salkathoni: 7099019045, for Baruasalli: 7099019057, exclusively for Sonari town: 7099019076 and Rituraj Khanikar, SDE (Charaideo): 7099019072/ 600010136.
Likewise, for Moran Electrical Sub-Division, the Control Room numbers are- for Kachumari: 7099019050; for Moran: 7099019048 and for Sepon: 7099019052.
Minister Bimal Borah during a review meeting held on June 13 here, directed the authorities concerned to make public the mobile/phone numbers of all key officials of the APDCL as well as those of the control room mobile numbers to facilitate prompt and active grievance redressal mechanism for the APDCL consumers in the district.
