Convocation ceremony organized at Morigaon Gandhi Bhavan

MORIGAON: The Rashtriya Gramin Vikas Nidhi (RGVN), along with CRISIL Foundation, on Thursday organized a convocation ceremony for its second batch of graduating Gram Shakti Sakhis (GSS) at Morigaon Gandhi Bhavan.

The programme started with a welcome and introduction session by the FO, in presence of Dr. Amiya Kr. Sharma, Executive Director of RGVN, EM of TAC, Khagen Ch.Bordoloi , and other dignitaries. Thereafter, vandana was performed by a sakhi. The Director of RGVN distributed certificates to 87 (4 blocks of the district) women who completed the Gram Shakti certification under the organization. The Project Manager of RGVN, Sanjukta Kashyap spoke about the Sakhi cadre and Gram Shakti.
