Dao Division of Indian Army organises a Outreach programme for Veer Naris

As part of the Indian Army’s resolve to stand by the Veer Naris, widows of ex-servicemen and the entire ex-servicemen fraternity, the Dao Division of the Indian Army is organising an Outreach Programme for “Veer Naris and Dependents of Physical Casualties Soldier at 5 Madras, Dibrugarh on Tuesday.

DIBRUGARH: As part of the Indian Army’s resolve to stand by the Veer Naris, widows of ex-servicemen and the entire ex-servicemen fraternity, the Dao Division of the Indian Army is organising an Outreach Programme for “Veer Naris and Dependents of Physical Casualties Soldier at 5 Madras, Dibrugarh on Tuesday.

The Dao Division in close liaison with concerned military establishments and civil administration is aiming at resolution of grievances of the dependents. In order to felicitate Veer Naris and Dependents of Physical Casualties of Soldiers, assistance, aids and services from all grievances redressal forums have been organised.

The outreach programme will provide an opportunity to veterans and their families to directly interact with both military and civil agencies in resolving impending issues like pension anomalies, ECHS and canteen card update, Aadhaar update and benefits from central & State government departments. This outreach programme will be a befitting tribute to the selfless service of our veterans and their dependents.
