DHSK College receives Best Disciplined College award

DIBRUGARH: Dibrugarh Hanuman Bux Surajmall Kanoi College (DHSK College) received the best Disciplined College award in Dibrugarh University Youth Festival for the third consecutive term. DHSK College, popularly known as Kanoi College also received the 'Third best College' award in the youth festival held at Digboi Women's College, Tinsukia. This is the result of continuous effort of Kanoi College towards quality development of the students.

Not only in Dibrugarh University Youth Festival but also in various competitions within or outside the country the students of Kanoi College continued their journey of success. This time in the youth festival Kanoi college retained the glory by winning in nine events. Ananya Dutta in sitar playing, Swapnanil Phukan in tabla, and Chiranjeev Handique in rangoli won first positions. Anurag Bora in guitar, Deepjyoti Bora in creative dance, Aakash Uday in poem recitation, Chiranjiv Handique and Parangam Sarma in quiz won second positions.

"Kanoi college fraternity is proud at these achievements, which has brought Best Disciplined College Award and Third Best College Award to the college in Dibrugarh University Youth Festival, 2022-23," saying this, principal of the college Dr. Sashi Kanta Sakia thanked all the student participants for this success and glory brought to college. Among all these success stories NCC Cadet Alok Sharma also got felicitation from the Director General of NCC.
