Dhubri District Branch of Indian Red Cross Society organised Health Camp

DHUBRI: Dhubri District Branch of the Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) organised a children's health check-up camp at E&D office premises in Ward no 3 on Sunday. Nearly 200 children were checked up by Dr. Tapas Mazumdar, Dr. Muskura Ahmed and Dr. Anisur Rahman, and free medicines were given to the patients donated by CRU (NER), Dr. Tapas Mazumdar and Dr. Debamoy Sanyal.

Dhubri Deputy Commissioner, Anbamuthan MP and Superintendent of Police, Abhijit Gurav Dilip visited the camp and expressed satisfaction seeing the overwhelming response from the people from the slum areas. President of Dhubri district branch of IRCS, DC also advised office bearers of Dhubri district branch of IRCS to organise more such camps in Dhubri town and other part of the district affected by floods. A full team of CRU (NER) with doctor Anisur Rahman participated in the camp.
