PALASBARI: The 12nd Electronic and Print Media Forum South Kamrup (EP Media) Foundation Day was observed on Monday at Mirza under Palasbari LAC in Kamrup district. Palasbari MLA Hemanga Thakuria attended the programme as chief guest.
MLA Thakuria inaugurated the EP Media’s newly-constructed toilet, bathroom and laid the foundation stone of the paved wall of the boundary. The opening ceremony was presided over by Ratan Kalita, president of EP Media, and the objectives were explained byadvisor Balen Kalita and secretary Niren Ch Mali. South Kamrup BJP president Anjan Gowshami, head teacher Anil Kalita, Jagadish Choudhury among others were present in the event.
