The three of them hail from the town of Lakhimpur, which is located about 120 kilometres from Dibrugarh.

According to the police, the trio used to charge three hundred rupees for making Aadhaar cards.

'After getting specific information, we conducted a search operation and found three people operating an illegal Aadhaar card centre in Paltan Bazar at the resident of one Atiquor Rahman.
