LAKHIMPUR: The farewell meeting of BA VI Semester of Assamese honours was held in Lakhimpur Commerce College on Saturday. The farewell meeting was chaired by TC Deka, HoD-Assamese and was attended by teachers and sophomore students as well as outgoing batches. Addressing the farewell meeting, Principal Dr Lohit Hazarika wished the VI Semester students the best for their next course of study and advised them on various professions. The meeting was also addressed by Vice Principal GK Chetry, senior teachers M.C. Bhagawati, Sazzad Hussain and others. VI Semester students were also presented felicitation letters at the farewell meeting. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks by Mridushmita Hazarika.
