DOOMDOOMA: Under the Nikshay Mitra scheme of Prime Minister’s Tuberculosis (TB) Free India Mission, Sadiya sub division administration and Sadiya Tuberculosis Unit distributed food packages to four tuberculosis patients in the sub division on Tuesday. SDO(Civil) in-charge Additional Deputy commissioner (ADC) Manash Jyoti Nath, Election Officer Jahar Jyoti Pegu, Sadiya Revenue Circle Officer Barsha Dowerah and Assistant Commissioner Porcia Khanikar officially distributed one food package each to four tuberculosis patients in the sub division and wished them good health. The scheme will provide food packages to tuberculosis patients for the next six months. The officers of Tuberculosis Unit of Sadiya Sub-Division were also present on the occasion.
