HAFLONG: After 14 years of imprisonment, former North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council (NCHAC) Chief Executive Member (CEM) Mohet Hojai will be released soon as the Gauhati High Court has granted him bail in the Enforcement Director (ED) case.
The Chief Executive Member of the Dima Hasao Autonomous Council said that he was glad to hear that Mohet Hojai will be released after enduring over a decade of imprisonment. “We owe our gratitude to the Hon’ble Judge for the pivotal role in ensuring that justice is served,” he said.
