MORIGAON: Charges under section 120(B) and 406/34 of IPC and Section-8 of the Assam Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act, 2005 have been framed against Anil Saikia, MLA Ramakanta Dewri, Pranabjyoti Mosrong and SM Rahman by Morigaon court based on the allegation of Sejoy Dewri about misappropriation of Rs 66 lakh fund sanctioned for the year 2010-13 and 2012-13 for the construction of the statue of Tiwa legend Jungal Balahu in Raha constituency.
