BISWANATH CHARIALI: Gohpur sub divisional administration has come up with an innovative idea of organising a summer camp for the students of 6th to 8th standard of government schools under the subdivision. The camp namely “Summer Shine Camp” scheduled for eight days from July 3 to July 12 began on Monday. The programme aims at broadening the horizon of knowledge of participants in a more comprehensive manner. Lukumani Borah, SDO (C), Gohpur told this correspondent that the main objectives of the camp is to develop scientific temperament, to impart moral lessons through story telling, to give insights on creative writing and to present mathematics in a very attractive manner among students. Around 160 students have participated in the camp.
