Gunotsav begins in Dibrugarh district

Gunotsav, 2023 has started at Dibrugarh district to access quality education and status of functioning of schools

DIBRUGARH: Gunotsav, 2023 has started at Dibrugarh district from Thursday to access quality education and status of functioning of schools in all aspects in government provincialised, tea garden managed, and tea garden model high schools. On Thursday, Chabua MLA Ponakan Baruah visited Rupkonwar Lower Primary School and Rastriya Hindi Vidyalaya, Chabua where he inspected both the schools. At Rastriya Vidyalaya, Ponakan Baruah inaugurated the wall magazine and inspired the students to write down their creativity.

He also promised that in future he will revisit to read all their written works. He inspected all the classrooms and said that he will try to improve the condition of the road within the school campus.

He jotted down his wonderful experience of visiting the school in the visiting register and also motivated the students to write poems and stories and create their own masterpiece and finally suggested everyone to keep the school campus neat and clean. It is to be noted that from February 16 till February 18 many MLAs and bureaucrats will pay visit in the schools to inspect the overall condition of school.
