TINSUKIA: At a time when Assam Tea Tribes Students' Association (ATTSA) is keeping a close vigil on illicit liquor trade in the tea garden belt in the wake of distribution of bonus, the activists of ATTSA intercepted a vehicle bearing number AS 23H 5211 at Daimukhiya TE under Doomdooma PS and detected containers filled with illicit liquor inside the vehicle and detained two persons on Friday.
