DIBRUGARH: India Club and Theatrical Institution (ICTI), a 133-year old ace socio-cultural organization of Dibrugarh, has always come forward to serve the distressed and poor in and around Dibrugarh in the wake of any disaster. When hundreds of poor people are passing their days in uncertainty and have no alternative source of livelihood in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, ICTI, Dibrugarh, on Friday, distributed packets of essential commodities like rice, pulses, potatoes, onion, mustard oil and other essential items to 400 people. Local MLA Prasanta Phukan kicked off the programme by distributing few packets. The ICIT also contributed a sum of Rs 33,333 to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund.
