Inspector of Schools office inaugurated at Kajalgaon in Chirang district

The Minister of Handloom and Textiles and Guardian Minister of Chirang district, Urkhao Gwra Brahma inaugurated the newly-constructed office of the Inspector of Schools and Pension Service Centre

KOKRAJHAR: The Minister of Handloom and Textiles and Guardian Minister of Chirang district, Urkhao Gwra Brahma inaugurated the newly-constructed office of the Inspector of Schools and Pension Service Centre of Chirang district at Kajalgaon on Tuesday.

Inaugurating the District Pension Service Centres, minister Urkhao Gaura Brahma said that the District Pension Service Centres had been inaugurated at Kajalgaon in Chirang district along with 27 districts of Assam. He also said that the retired teachers of the district faced difficulties in getting their pension before the establishment of the Pension Service Centre but after the establishment of this Pension Service Centre in Chirang, the retired teachers would find it easier to get their pension work done.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Sidli MLA Jayanta Basumatary, BTR MCLAs Saikhang Basumatary, Pradeep Kumar Bayon, Deputy Commissioner P. Vijay Bhaskar Reddy, Superintendent of Police Pranjit Bora, Inspector of Schools Bijay Baishnab and other officials and employees of education department.
