JAGIROAD: Jagiroad police on Wednesday recovered the body of a young girl who was missing from Guripathar village under Jagiroad PS. The deceased was identified as Puja Das. The body was floating in a nearby pond when the locals spotted it. Some injury marks were spotted on her face. The body was sent to Morigaon civil hospital for post-mortem. Locals demand inquiry into the case.
