Jalukbari police arrested a thief red-handed in Assam's Satmile

GUWAHATI: The Jalukbari police caught a youth red-handed while looting a vendor's shop in the Satmile area last night. The youth, identified as Afzal Hussain, hails from Lakhimpur in the Goalpara district.
