MORIGAON: Altogether 5 distributes/retailers of Morigaon district M/S Sarah Medical Hall,Bagalipara, Laharighat, M/S Shayem Drug Distributor, Kacharibori, Laharighat, M/S Nawab Drug Distributor, Moirabari, M/S Jurin Pharma, Mourabari and M/S Morigaon Medical Stores, Morigaon were suspended by the Drugs Controller (i/c) and Licensing Authority, Assam for violation of various rules of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and rules, 1945 with immediate effect until compliance of defects or withdrawal of suspension. The Inspector of Drugs, Morigaon directed all the wholesellers of Morigaon district ‘Not to Supply’ any kind of medicines against the said licensee.
