Manipur incident condemned by Tinsukia district committee of International Human Rights Council

The Tinsukia district committee of International Human Rights Council (IHRC) severely condemned the incident in which two Kuki women were paraded naked by a mob and one was allegedly gang-raped in Manipur recently, the video of which had gone viral on Wednesday.

TINSUKIA : The Tinsukia district committee of International Human Rights Council (IHRC) severely condemned the incident in which two Kuki women were paraded naked by a mob and one was allegedly gang-raped in Manipur recently, the video of which had gone viral on Wednesday. In a statement to the press, L Ratan Singh, secretary of Tinsukia District Committee of IHRC demanded imposition of President’s Rule in Manipur after dissolution of the present government in order to restore normalcy in the State.
