A CORRESPONDENT
LAKHIMPUR: Saheed Divas, the day of the martyrdom of Saheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev Thapar and Shivaram Rajguru was observed in Lakhimpur Commerce College on Wednesday along with the rest of the country.
On the occasion, a poster competition was organized by the NSS unit of the college. The poster competition was inaugurated by GK Chetry, Vice Principal of the college. The posters of the competition were evaluated by AC Barman, Assistant Professor,Political Science. The winners of the poster competition will be awarded during the valedictory ceremony of the college week. The Principal of the college, Dr Lohit Hazarika thanked everyone for the successful observation of Saheed Divas.
