A CORRESPONDENT
MORIGAON: Minister for Handlooms and Textiles of Assam UG Brahma on Tuesday visited Jagiroad constituency in Morigaon district. The minister inspected the Junbeel Anganwadi centre of Baghjap GP under Mayong ICDS project, Jagiroad constituency in the district. He was accompanied by ADC Ringtong Musahary, CDPO of Mayong ICDS, supervisors, poshan staff, and members of AWCMC. Minister UG .Brahma took stock of the construction site of the model centre of the Junbeel AWC. He also discussed about various bottlenecks faced by the supervisors, poshan team while entering data in mobile devices on Growth Monitoring of children, Pregnant Woman, Lactating Woman and AWC management.
Earlier the minister arrived at Jagiroad around 10 am and visited Jagiroad Higher Secondary school and inspected the condition of the school. Minister UG Brahma also inspected the Nakhola Model Hospital (CHC) & CVC here. Besides the minister took stock of the progress of the Jal Jivan Mission at Junbeel PWSS. Later the minister left for Haflong.
