STAFF CORRESPONDENT
DIBRUGARH: An offsite mock drill (Level-3) was conducted on Wednesday at C2+ Recovery Unit of Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL), Lakwa. The scenario of mock drill was leakage of C2+ Vapour from reflux drum. This offsite mock drill was conducted as per PNGRB guidelines in the presence of Paul Barua, Deputy Commissioner (Charaideo), G.D. Paul (Factory Inspector, Sibsagar & Charaideo), Incharge-Lakwa Outpost.
Senior Officials of BCPL, officers, staff members and AISF personnel actively participated in this offsite mock drill. Fire and rescue team from mutual aid member organizations: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Oil India Limited (OIL) Moran along with State Fire Service team and SDRF Team from Sonari also participated in the mock drill.
