More than 300 people join BJP in Patacharkuchi constituency

PATHSALA: Political activities are warming up in the Patacharkuchi constituency area. More than 300 people joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Patacharkuchi constituency under Bajali subdivision on Wednesday. A meeting was held at Kharadhara area in Bajali subdivision.

BJP spokesperson Phani Pathak expressed happiness as the people were satisfied with the works of the BJP governments, both at Centre and in the State, and this had made them join the party.

Addressing the gathering, Pathak said, "Within two days more than 1,000 people have joined the BJP in Patacharkuchi LAC and our target is to make more than 5,000 join the party. If this trend continues, we will be confident to face any newly-formed regional party or national party in the upcoming election." "New regional party is not a factor in Patacharkuchi constituency," he added.
