Morigaon Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday staged a one-hour sit-in demanding President’s Rule in West Bengal after BJP activists were allegedly killed by miscreants in post-poll violence in the State.

MORIGAON: Morigaon Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Wednesday staged a one-hour sit-in demanding President's Rule in West Bengal after BJP activists were allegedly killed by miscreants in post-poll violence in the State.

The Morigaon BJP activists, led by president Prabin Medhi, staged a sit-in demonstration on the Morigaon Bihutoli ground and submitted a memorandum to the President of India demanding President's Rule in West Bengal in order to ensure the safety and security of BJP workers who have been targeted by miscreants.
