JAGIROAD: Nekibur Rahman, a young Congress worker of Morigaon, was appointed as chairman of the Morigaon District Minority Cell of the Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC).
AICC Minority department chairman Imran Pratapgarh put forward the name of Nekibur Rahman and as chairman of the State APCC minority department, Salman Khan appointed him. Rahman has been an active Congress worker since 2006 and his appointment as chairman of the district minority cell has inspired the grassroots workers of the Congress.
