A CORRESPONDENT
DHEKIAJULI: Dipendra Kumar Khanal from Balijan Gaon of Singri under Borsola constituency was appointed as secretary of the Assam Pradesh Youth Congress (APYC). Dr S R Lenka, the secretary of All India Youth Congress Committee, appointed Dipendra Khanal. Addressing media persons, Khanal expressed hope that the Congress party would give a lot of opportunity to the youths of Assam to give a new shape to the country.
