DIBRUGARH: A new executive committee of Dibrugarh Three Wheelers Auto Owners' and Drivers' Association was formed recently with Numauddin Biswas and Pranab Saikia as president and secretary respectively. The other members of the new executive committee are Md. Ajannulla (Munna) –working president and Jayanta Sonowal- treasurer.
