New executive body of Kokrajhar Press Club formed

A new executive body of Kokrajhar Press Club (KPC) was formed in a general meeting held at its office in Kokrajhar on Saturday with Kishore Sarkar as the new president.

KOKRAJHAR: A new executive body of Kokrajhar Press Club (KPC) was formed in a general meeting held at its office in Kokrajhar on Saturday with Kishore Sarkar as the new president. Outgoing president Monalisha Sarma formally dissolved the old executive body on Saturday after completion of two years term of the body and formed the new executive body. The members of the new body include: president Kishore Sarkar, vice president Mustafa Hussain, secretary Suraj Basumatary, assistant secretary Rinay Basumatary, treasurer Duthnath Singh and advisors with CHD, I&PR, BTC, Kokrajhar DIPRO, Monalisha Sarma and Jaiklong Brahma. The handing and taking over of charge would be held on August 26 in Kokrajhar Press Club office.
