BILASIPARA: Newly-organized national level Loka Songskriti Parishad was inaugurated recently in Kolkata recently. Litterateur, poets and other dignitaries from all over India and Bangladesh attended the programme. Mantu Das of Tripura was elected the president and Dr Amit Chattopadhaya was elected the general secretary. Dayal Paul and Sunil Kumar Saha of Assam were felicitated by uttariya, memento, books, certificate etc.
