No difference of opinion between Rabha organizations: All Rabha Students' Union

All Rabha Students’ Union (ARSU) president Nripen Khanda said that the union was built on the democratic system and it gave priority to all decisions.

DUDHNOI: All Rabha Students' Union (ARSU) president Nripen Khanda said that the union was built on the democratic system and it gave priority to all decisions.

Talking to media persons at the central office of ARSU on Monday, Khanda said that in the election of candidates from Dudhnoi constituency, ARSU had nominated Shyamjit Rabha as the candidate of the BJP-AGP-UPPL- Rabha Hasong Joint Movement Committee in honour of the decision taken by the Rabha National Organization as well as the Joint Movement Committee. He said that there was no difference of opinion between the Rabha organizations in this regard.

ARSU as well as Rabha National Organization and Rabha Hasong Joint Movement Committee have come out in support of Shyamjit Rabha, he said. On the other hand, Dipak Kumar Rabha has gone against the common decision of the Rabha National Organization and Rabha Hasong Joint Movement Committee and is contesting as independent candidate in the elections.
