DEMOW: As directed by Megh Nidhi Dahal, Deputy Commissioner of Sivasagar, on September 9 a letter came from the Deputy Commissioner's office, Sivasagar where it was mentioned that in order to secure the life of two wheeler riders, all the owners of oil depots of Sivasagar district were instructed not to sell fuel to riders who do not wear helmets. The oil depots which do not follow this policy, strict action will be taken against them. This policy will come into force with immediate effect.
