OIL signs MoU with Tinsukia district administration

DIBRUGARH: An MoU was signed between Oil India Rural Development Society (OIRDS) and district administration, Tinsukia on January 25 for rehabilitation of Tinsukia Municipality Legacy Waste as part of Oil India Ltd's CSR project. The MoU was signed between Narsing Pawar, Deputy Commissioner, Tinsukia, and Bhairab Bhuyan, president, OIRDS in presence of Prasanta Borkakoty, Resident Chief Executive, OIL along with other officials from Tinsukia district administration, Oil India Ltd, OIRDS and Media. Under this project, the legacy waste of Tinsukia Municipality will be treated, processed, and rehabilitated through a process of bio-mining. The project will immensely benefit the environmental, aesthetic, and social parameters of the entire area.
