BISWANATH CHARIALI: Biswanath's first COVID-19 positive patient died on Monday on the way to Tezpur Medical College and Hospital.
He was identified as Lokeshwar Borah of Bamgaon, Biswanath Chariali. He had been undergoing treatment at a COVID-19 Hospital here for several days. His condition reportedly deteriorated on Monday and he was rushed to TMCH by a 108 ambulance, but the 69-year old person breathed his last on the way.
