Orientation-cum-counselling programme for medical aspirants

An orientation-cum-counselling programme for successful aspirants of the Bodofa UN Brahma Super-50 Mission (Medical) was organized by the department of Education, BTR, at District Library, Kokrajhar on Tuesday.

KOKRAJHAR: An orientation-cum-counselling programme for successful aspirants of the Bodofa UN Brahma Super-50 Mission (Medical) was organized by the department of Education, BTR, at District Library, Kokrajhar on Tuesday.

The CEM of the Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC), Pramod Boro graced the programme to motivate the young students. Speaking on the occasion, the CEM remarked that medical professionals perform the greatest service by preserving life. He urged the young students to utilize their time at ALLEN Career Institute to build a bright medical career for them. The Department of Education, BTR conducted a selection test for medical aspirants whose result was declared recently. Fifty selected students for Bodofa UN Brahma Super-50 (Medical) will be given free coaching for 11 months at ALLEN Career Institute, Guwahati.

EMs of BTC, Reo Reoa Narzihary and Ranjit Basumatary, Dr Sunil Kaul, founder of ANT and advisor to the CEM, DC of Kokrajhar, Varnali Deka, and other dignitaries were present and they motivated the students.
