SIVASAGAR: The Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas, Labour and Employment, Government of India, Rameshwar Teli, chaired a meeting with officials of Sivasagar district administration and heads of various government departments at the Sukafa Conference Hall of the Office of the District Commissioner, Sivasagar on Saturday evening.
During the meeting, the minister reviewed the steps taken in the district for successful implementation of the welfare schemes taken by the Central and State governments. Reviewing the schemes in detail, the minister called upon the officers to ensure that the works of the schemes be carried out on time by maintaining quality standards so that the beneficiaries and people as a whole could be benefited by the schemes.
The meeting was also attended by the Minister of Revenue and Disaster Management Jogen Mohan, Sivasagar District Commissioner Aditya Vikram Yadav, District Development Commissioner Bitupan Neog, All Additional District Commissioners, Nazira Sub-Divisional Officer (C), all Assistant Commissioners and heads of various government departments.
