NALBARI: The road from Bamunbari to NH-31 at Tihu, Nalbari under Nathkuchi Gaon Panchayat is in a deplorable condition since the last two years. In 2009, the road was damaged by flood water. Since then it has not been repaired. People constructed a bamboo bridge over the broken part of the road with their own money. All petitions to the local MLA, PWD and gaon panchayat have allegedly gone in vain. People have urged the authority concerned to repair the deplorable road at the earliest.
