GOLAGHAT: With an objective to reach out to maximum Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN Yojana) beneficiaries in Golaghat district, “mega special camps” were organized under eight development blocks from June 16 to June 17 by District Agriculture Office, in collaboration with the district administration of Golaghat. District Agriculture Officer Ranjit Kr. Sarmah said, “Farmers do not belong to any caste, creed and religion, but are the ones who fulfill the needs of the society with their hard work. This mega special camp is a grand campaign to pay respect to the farmers,” stated a press release.
