DOOMDOOMA: Union Minister of State for Natural Gas, Petroleum, Labour and Employment, Rameshwar Teli officially distributed Ayushman Cards among the beneficiaries of Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana and Ayushman Assam Chief Minister Jan Arogya Yojana Rugarh on Thursday.
Digboi MLA Suren Phukan, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Health) Chinmay Pathak, Margherita Revenue Circle Officer Runal Nath, and other dignitaries were present. Distributing Ayushman Bharat Cards, Union MoS and Dibrugarh MP Rameshwar Teli directed the departments concerned to ensure that every eligible family and individual can get these Ayushman Bharat Cards. He also urged the poor people to come forward to enrol their names in the scheme and cooperate with the health workers. There are 300 eligible beneficiaries of Ayushman Cards in Digboi Assembly Constituency.
