Relay hunger strike by IMA (Indian Medical Association)

DIBRUGARH: As a part of the nationwide Indian Medical Association's (IMA's) relay hunger strike From February 1 to February 14 against Myopathy, the members of IMA Dibrugarh branch, in accordance with the guidelines of IMA central committee and IMA Assam Branch, will organize a relay hunger strike on Saturday at the OIL lecture hall of Assam Medical College & Hospital (AMC&H) maintaining COVID protocol.

According to statements issued to the press by president and secretary of IMA Dibrugarh Branch, Dr Shantanu Lahkar and Dr Bedanta Bhuyan respectively, a number of leaders, including few senior members of IMA State Branch, are likely to be participating in the proposed relay hunger strike.
