Ritumoni Hazarika Shows Recovery Signs, Family & Others Thank MP Topon Kr. Gogoi for Financial Support

Ritumoni Hazarika's impoverished family could not afford the treatment for her illness, therefore, Jorhat MP Topon Kr. Gogoi covered all the medical expenses and now she's recovering well.

Ritumoni Hazarika, a young girl belonging to an economically poor family from Hanchara, Kujibali is exhibiting signs of recovery after being diagnosed with brain tumour. There were numerous SOS calls for financial assistance to help the young meritious girl as her impoverished family stated that they could not afford the surgical treatment.

On June 20 of this year, the young woman was taken to a private hospital and has been receiving treatment there ever since. According to sources, she was able to move her body parts, which is viewed as a positive development in terms of her health. The 23-year-old girl's inability to move her body earlier reflected the complexity of her illness. 

The news of her illness drew widespread attention and sympathy, and several people stepped forward to support her. Topon Kumar Gogoi, MP of Jorhat, recently paid a visit to her, who comes from a poor family in Bokanagar Handiqui gaon, Hanhchara, Sivasagar. The MP assured her family that he would cover all of her medical expenses. 

Ritumoni's family admitted her to the hospital as a result of the MP's generosity. Many individuals, including the girl's family, expressed gratitude to the MP.
