SEBA Marksheets For 2021 Available Online In National Academy Depository, Know How to Check

GUWAHATI: Assam Education Minister Ranoj Pegu on Tuesday 15 March announced that the mark sheets of SEBA (Secondary Education Board of Assam) for the previous year are now available online in NAD (National Academy Depository).

The online site of NDA provides quick and easy access to the mark sheets and other academic documents to students and currently, the service can be enjoyed by the students of the SEBA board.

The minister said that officials are working in the process of making the data available in the NDA platform from the year 2015 onwards. They are also working on the data verifiable by concerned authorities as soon as possible.

The National Academy Depository (NAD) is an online storehouse that stores all the academic awards including degrees, certificates, diplomas, mark sheets and others. The minister informed that the service of NAD is available 27x7 for all students.

The data will be available in NAD as duly digitized and lodged by various academic institutions, boards and eligibility assessment organizations.

The minister in another tweet on Tuesday informed about how to avail the service in the online storehouse of NAD. He stated the students need to create an account at first by using their Aadhar Card or mobile number so that they can log in.

With the initiative, the state government moves a step ahead in the digitalization of the education system that will benefit both the students and authorities of the educational institution.

It may be mentioned that the National Academic Depository is an initiative of the Indian government under the Ministry of Education which was earlier the Ministry of Human Resource Development.

It was set up on 17 July 2017 with its headquarter in Delhi and with parent organizations MoE (Ministry of Education) and UGC (University Grant Commission) that supervises and sponsor.
