Seminar held on Chatra Divas in Dhubri on birth anniversary of Bodofa Upendranath Brahma

DHUBRI: A one-day seminar on ‘Importance of enhancing skill in higher education’ was held on Chhatra Divas in BN College on the birth anniversary of Bodofa Upendranath Brahma, celebrated as Chatra Divas on Friday.

At the onset of the seminar, hundreds of students,teachers and guests offered floral tribute to the portrait of Upendranath Brahma. Principal of BNCollege, Dr Dhruba Chakrabortty highlighted Upendranath Brahma’s ideology, contribution and sacrifices. In his speech, he pointed out various steps that had been taken by the leader to strengthen the fundamentals of regionalism, indigenous cultures, etc.

In the seminar, Anjan Chowdhury acted as a resource person. He discussed about various aspects of personality development that are required to strengthen career in the higher education sector. His lecture was followed by an interaction session.
