SSB conducts pre-recruitment rally and awareness campaign

As per directions of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, the 64 th BN SSB of Barama, in a goodwill initiative, came forward to hold a pre-recruitment rally

BAKSA: As per directions of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, the 64 th BN SSB of Barama, in a goodwill initiative, came forward to hold a pre-recruitment rally and awareness campaign for the Bodo youths of the Indo-Bhutan border in the district of Baksa.

The campaign was inaugurated on Friday at the auditorium hall of Don Bosco School, Patkijuli in the presence of minister Urkhao Goura Brahma, Kati Ram Boro, Speaker of BTC, Prabin Kumar Boro, MCLA, Nand Kishore Tamta, Commandant of 64 BN SSB, Sandeep Poonia Deputy Commandant, Rup Jyoti Kalita, SDPO Tamulpur, and other dignitaries.

Those who participate in the pre-recruitment rally and awareness programme will be guided about the recruitment process, eligibility criteria, physical, educational, medical eligibility conditions required for the various examinations conducted by SSC and UPSC to join CAPF or other government services.

Minister Urkhao Goura Brahma congratulated Commandant of 64 th BN SSB for conducting this programme which would be very beneficial for the youths in order to make them aware and prepared for the recruitment process. The minister also emphasized the importance of education and discipline for youths.

Nand Kishore Tamta, Commandant of 64 BN, told the participating youths about the eligibility for appointment, method of selection, filling of online application form and OMR sheets.
