DEMOW: The leaders of the Demow Regional Students' Union submitted a memorandum to the Principal of Demow College on Wednesday.

In the memorandum, they stated that pass percentage in HSLC and HS exams had increased this year. As Demow College is the only higher educational institution in Demow and its surrounding areas, students should not be left out of the admission process due to limited number of seats in Demow College.

The students' union demanded that for Higher Secondary first year, the number of seats should be increased from 300 to 500 and for degree courses also the number of seats in all departments should be increased.
