JAGIROAD: The Sur Deul Sangeet Mahavidyalaya completed a four-decade journey this year. In this connection, a special event on July 22 and July 23 with many cultural programmes will be organized. The concluding function on July 23 will be graced by Assam Governor Gulab Chand Kataria as the chief guest. A reception committee with Kumud Borua as president, Principal of Sur Deul Mahavidyalaya, Dr PC Gogoi as the secretary and Manoram Deka and Stuti Prashad Bora as joint secretaries has been formed.
