BARPETA: Ranjit Das, a diligent and dexterous police officer of Jalukbari Police Station, passed away on Saturday after suffering from brain stroke. He hailed from Santinagar, Metuakuchi, Barpeta. The MLA of Barpeta, members of Barpeta Club Rhino and KeotJatiyaSanmilan have mourned his demise.
