A CORRESPONDENT
NALBARI: A district level training programme on Child Marriage and Child Sexual Offense (POCSO) Act was organized at the District Rural Development Department auditorium on Thursday. The programme was attended by the Supervisors of West Nalbari and East Nalbari Integrated Child Development Projects and the Rural Heads of Nalbari Revenue Circle. The training was conducted by Dr.Binoy Kumar Majumder, Member of Nalbari Juvenile Judicial Board. He said, “Children save the country, our children are our future.” Nalbari District Child Protection Officers Jitul Bora, Binita Devi and Karabi Deka spoke on various aspects of child marriage and child protection.
